“La Cianciola” restaurant, for over twenty years, has been faithful to an innovative philosophy respecting the culture and gastronomic traditions of Cetara and Amalfi Coast.
 

A focus on innovation


For us innovating means giving value to our identity and our history. We interpret the typical cuisine of Cetara and Amalfi Coast exalting the raw materials’ quality of our territory. From Cetara Dop anchovies colatura to tuna, from anchovies to Mediterranean fish and the excellences of the Lattari Mountains, Campania and Italy. Simplicity is the leitmotif of our gastronomic proposal that has the taste of tradition, to live slowly. The protagonist always is the catch of the day, with Divina’s vegetables and greens.

The beginnings

More than thirty years of experience. The story of Vincenzo Giorgio, in fact, begins in 1980. He works at the “Lanterna blu” restaurant, in the premises that have hosted “La Cianciola” since 1998.
